In order to improve the quality of consular service, we have opened a new consultation e-mail address bern@csm.mfa.gov.cn from now on, which will handle the consulting about Chinese passports, travel documents, visas, notarization, legalization, health codes, and consular protection, appointments. 

    The e-mail address which used before (visastelle@bluewin.ch) will be discontinued from 1st of November, 2022.
